Common questions

I forgot my password. On the sign-in screen, choose "Forgot your password?". We send a code to your email, and you set a new password with it.

I ran out of hearts. One heart comes back every four hours, and all of them the next day. Chests can hold hearts, and reading a lesson's guide costs none.

How do I cancel Premium? In your App Store or Google Play account, under Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it.

How do I delete my account? In the app: Profile, "Delete my account". More on deleting an account.

A lesson has a mistake. Please tell us which lesson and what is wrong. Corrections are very welcome.
