Deleting your Bigs account

In the app

1. Open Bigs and sign in.
2. Tap the person icon at the top to open your profile.
3. At the bottom, choose "Delete my account", then "Yes, delete everything".

Without the app

Write to privacy@bigsapp.com from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it. We do it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Everything that belongs to the account: your sign-in, display name, country, year of birth, lesson progress, answers, hearts, coins, chests, league scores, and everything bought for Biggie. It is removed from our database at once and cannot be brought back. Backups are overwritten within 30 days.

What is not

• A subscription bought in the App Store or on Google Play is not cancelled by deleting the account. Cancel it in your store account first.
• Records that the stores and ad networks hold themselves, for example a receipt for a purchase. Those follow their own policies.
